Here’s an excerpt of a quick message I threw out to our real estate agents on the way out the door this afternoon just before the long Fourth of July weekend. Marketing never stops. Selling never stops. There are always quick things you can do to reach your audience that the next Jack-n-Jill are not doing.

We do have a couple of properties that are not under contract + plus once they’re on our website we have thousands of homes to show them. Happy selling!

Easy-peasy, right? Well, yes it is, but 1) you have to conjure up the idea first; and 2) you have to actually spend the few minutes going above and beyond.
