Here’s an excerpt of a quick message I threw out to our real estate agents on the way out the door this afternoon just before the long Fourth of July weekend. Marketing never stops. Selling never stops. There are always quick things you can do to reach your audience that the next Jack-n-Jill are not doing.

… remember that holidays are notoriously high internet traffic times for people surfing websites, facebook and instagram. Our listings page is a great link to share out to your communities. We do have a couple of properties that are not under contract + plus once visitors are on our website we have thousands of homes to show them. Happy selling!

Easy-peasy, right? Well, yes, it is, but 1) you have to conjure up the idea first; and 2) you have to actually spend the few minutes going above and beyond.
