We know there are perks to working at home, like chillin’ when you feel like it (nope), slouchin’ in ya dra-aws during a Zoom meeting (nope), watching TV while writing code (nope).
Okay, maybe the perks aren’t all that when you really care about your work, especially if you rely on team interaction.
