Halloween kiddos and your irresponsible driving

I’ve seen you drive through school zones on a normal day like a bat out of hell. There’s no way we can expect you to care that our streets will be overflowed with children today on a quest to fill their Trick-or-Treat bags with tons of goodies.

So, cities are taking the task into their own hands by closing down streets. Good for them!
