Where do you get your creativity from?

Where do you get your inspiration? For me, quiet thinking time is a necessity.

Inspiration can come during my 25-minute commute to the office.
Inspiration can come while in our family room in a comfy reading chair.
Inspiration can come while throwing the nerf basketball against the wall.
Inspiration can come while staring at past work in my office.

I get your questions already. How could you get inspiration from work you’ve produce and already put through the ringer?

When I look at one of my triggers of inspiration, I see the process. I see the thoughts and innovation stages that led to these productions. I see the brainstorming. I see the bad ideas that led to these good ideas. I see the whole process, beginning to end. This inspires me.
