I have time for this, not that

Sure, I have time for this thing and that thing and that other thing.

But in order to make those things happen, I can’t be good at all of them. One of those things need to pay the price.

So. I’m doing this. This, right here. This blog. This writing.

I’m not doing Facebook anymore.
I’m not doing Twitter anymore.
I’m not doing Instagram anymore.
I’m not doing LinkedIn anymore.
I’m not doing TikTok anymore.
I’m not doing Threads anymore.
I’m not doing YouTube anymore.

Yes, my work will publish to those communities, to those audiences. But I will be here for the conversation, not there.

I don’t have time to be good, really good, great at this when I need to sacrifice brain cells over there.
