Psychic’s view of the Panhandlers

Maybe the City can call the Psychic to see if the panhandlers will actually abide by their homeless sign guidelines? 😂

Note: (at least in our neighborhood) most of the panhandlers on our street corners are not homeless. I know this for a fact.

I’ll reserve further judgement and comment.
