I received another very thoughtful congratulations letter, this time from Virginia’s House Transportation Committee Chairman Ron Villanueva on my appointment to the Transportation District Commission of Hampton Roads. I am very humbled.

This kiddie carousel, circa 1910, has been beautifully restored with 10 cast iron ponies, music, a hand crank, and an old bell. This very rare carousel was once pulled by horses through the streets to give children rides. Think precursor to the ice cream man!
