We read every day how technology is going to change our world. In some cases, yes, yes it will/has. And I love it! I love a new gadget as much as the next guy.
But in many business cases, we need to be wary of our tech dependence. Many of our customer touch-points are just too important to leave to technology or automation. Human interaction is critical for the success of our business and building trust with our clients.
AI can’t help with this.
The newest technology can’t help with this.
FinTech software can’t help with this.
We can be forward-thinking and we can be known as the go-to tech consultant in our vertical, but we must also be known for valuing customer service at the highest level.
