As fantastic as this lunch was, the view while sitting in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean can’t be beat.

This featured Salmon Crudo with Blood Orange, Fennel, Mint, Kalamata, Chili, Apple, and Basil Oil did its best to tease us away from the sites on Turks & Caicos.
