I get it that not everyone wants to hear about software development. But we can learn a lot from the formal organization of their teams. Building your team in 2020 should be modeled a bit after an agile software development group where the customer reserves the right to change their mind, their requirements, their needs. The ability to be flexible is necessary, and our team needs to understand this.

Agile software development takes a flexible mindset. Planning, Development, Testing, Documentation, Deployment, and Maintenance teams must all buy-in, maintain focus, and understand their roles in the process.

Does your team get it? Need a little more guidance?
