How much prep work have you done on your customers? When you sat down and worked through your marketing plan and market research, did you identify them, their likes, their dislikes, where they live (online and offline), etc.?

Once you identified your customers, did you brainstorm who your ideal customer would be? It’s quite possible those audiences are completely different. What are their likes, their dislikes, where they live (online and offline), etc.?

Do you know who your customers are? Do you understand your customers? Or more importantly, do you understand your ideal customer? They should be your priority.
