I suck at a lot of things. But what I do not suck at – what I am better than most at – is understanding people.

I know what customers want.
I understand customer emotions.
And I know how to entice customers to want our products.

That's not a learned trait. You either have it or you think you have it.
The latter will lose you money. The former is an asset you need on your team.
