Waterside Marketplace first opened in June, 1983. It has been a critical part of the City’s revitalization. Over the years, like other marketplaces, Waterside has evolved through numerous business cycles. Waterside is in need of a major redesign and refocus. Your help is needed to shape this new direction by responding to this survey. We welcome your input.

Nicole and I took Reggie for a long walk around our neighborhood on the Lafayette River in Norfolk during the height of the weekend snow storm. Fun! It’s a little hard to tell in the video but the snow was falling steady, the wind was blowing about 20 MPH, and it was about 25 degrees outside.

If you’re traveling from Richmond, Washington DC, or Charlotte, NC the drive is very easy. Norfolk’s ORF Airport services direct flights from New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and many other major metropolitan areas.
