Did you know Norfolk had a Zero Mile Stone? I had no idea.

I spotted this marker in front The MacArthur Memorial this morning on my way to the HRPTA Board of Directors meeting. I had no idea such a thing existed. The marker is on Bank Street near the intersection of E City Hall Avenue.
