I spotted this marker in front The MacArthur Memorial this morning on my way to the HRPTA Board of Directors meeting. I had no idea such a thing existed. The marker is on Bank Street near the intersection of E City Hall Avenue.

That would make sense, Chris. If I’d use my ‘common sense brain’ every once in a while I’d figure things like that out. It just shocked me to see it sitting out on the street like that. I’ve probably walked by there 20 times and never noticed the marker.
